Fitness and motherhood influencer Carly Faye Douglas has died after a heartbreaking battle with stage 4 gastric cancer.
Douglas, 36, passed away on June 13, 2026, just months after publicly revealing her cancer diagnosis. She was known online for sharing content about motherhood, health, fitness, faith and family life.

The South Carolina mother built a large following on Instagram, where she often posted about life with her husband, David, and their three children, River, Faye and Townes. Her honest and joyful approach to family content made her beloved by many followers.
Earlier this year, Douglas told followers that she had gone to the emergency room after experiencing severe abdominal pain and bloating. She initially believed she might have a bowel obstruction, but doctors later discovered stage 4 gastric cancer.

In her emotional diagnosis video, Douglas said doctors found fluid buildup in her abdomen and a large tumor in her stomach. She explained that the cancer was believed to have started in her stomach and spread elsewhere.
